Update station firmware; validate adapter/profile compatibility and pilot it before project use.
Device fleet and lifecycle
TURAPING Flow R is the selected device. Sheet-level compatibility and deployment configuration require separate validation.
Inputs and starting conditions
Fleet/station registries, device versions, certificates, adapters, compatibility matrices and maintenance/RMA.
Workflow and control gates
- 01Register device
- 02Check trust / cert
- 03Verify compatibility
- 04Maintain / RMA
- 05Return to service
Pending trust is not operating authorization. Firmware/adapter changes require compatibility/profile revalidation. Track certificate expiry and station state.
Exceptions and recovery
Expired certificates, faulty devices or draft compatibility isolate equipment from approved operation; reconcile job/SheetID when changing stations. RMA retains asset history and data-handling requirements.
Roles, outputs and states
| Responsibilities | Evidence and states |
|---|---|
| Fleet administrators manage assets; security approves trust; suppliers verify hardware; operations confirm post-maintenance readiness. | Device/station identity, certificate history, compatibility results, maintenance/RMA and return-to-service approvals. States: registered → trust pending → ready / maintenance / retired. |
Scenario and acceptance criteria
Complete only when
Device versions and compatibility results match the active configuration.
Interfaces for this workflow
Feasibility matrix requiring acceptance
| Control | Evidence status |
|---|---|
| Early image while paper remains controllable | Mobile-ID requirement; vendor image/timing traces required |
| SheetID, duplex sides and attempts | API/SDK mapping and missing/duplicate-image tests required |
| Decision/ACK/execution/location | Four distinct states; ACK is not location evidence |
| Buffering, interleaving and reordering | Ground-truth sample tests; no acceptance results supplied |
| Full/jam/offline/late | Configured safe-stop/hold; no blind physical-command replay |
Materials and operating responsibilities
Assess loose A4 sheets, thickness, curl, staples/adhesives, printed sides and condition before piloting. Bound books, fragile material and other sizes are outside default scope; do not substitute another model for Flow R. Operators prepare paper, retain custody and establish location after faults; suppliers agree maintenance/replacement, firmware and recovery instructions.
Integration handoff
End-to-end integration workflows
Connect technical states to business decisions instead of merely listing endpoints.

The proposed contract is rendered from one local specification; no network Try-It or real credentials.
Read detailsErrors and next actions
A consistent error envelope guides recovery without disclosing sensitive data.
Read detailsFlow R scope
The manufacturer describes intake, scanning, holding, return, filing and packaging. Trusted Records requires sheet–image–decision–location linkage. Received sources contain no accepted API/SDK, firmware, timing, buffer or execution-ACK evidence.
