Test environments and go-live criteria
Offline simulation does not prove production integration.
Final sources tied to business decisions
Three environment levels
Offline simulator: synthetic data, no network. Proposed sandbox: needs official endpoints/credentials and testing policy. Production: only after approved contracts, security, data controls and acceptance.
Integration tests
Test validation/required fields, 401/403, tenancy, version conflicts, idempotency/replay, job timeouts, webhook signatures/duplicates, retry exhaustion, exports and recovery. Record requests/correlation, outcomes and evidence without secrets.
Operational approval
Agree schemas/versions, rate limits, retry/windows, monitoring, incident contacts, rotation, rollback and measured SLA. Owners and Mobile-ID approve production; a wireframe index does not replace test evidence.
Continue the workflow
Two journeys, one records lifecycle
Connect paper and born-digital records through persistent identifiers, policies and evidence.

Exercise ingest → job tracking → registration → verification with synthetic data.
Read detailsIntegrity, provenance and evidence
Each evidence type answers a different question; hashes, timestamps and approvals are not interchangeable.
Read detailsStart with a verifiable scope.
Agree record classes, quality criteria, permissions and evidence before scaling.
