Access the four portals
GoPaperless SSO is the shared authentication entry in the architecture; each portal authorizes organization and project access.

Customer Records Owner Portal
Track service delivery, inspect results, request corrections and accept portions; receive records with metadata and handover evidence.

Request a demo or accessAuthentication and authorization are separate
Choose a portal → authenticate → map subject/membership → select organization/project → authorize workspace. SSO sessions do not grant acceptance, export or privileged administration. No Trusted Records application URL is verified; links below open reference experiences and access requests.
Expired session or denied access
Retain an allowlisted destination rather than arbitrary redirects. Expiry requires reauthentication; missing membership requires approval; revocation terminates access and records audit. Switching portals rechecks context rather than inheriting privileged access.

Two journeys, one records lifecycle
Connect paper and born-digital records through persistent identifiers, policies and evidence.
