Control loop
Image → recognize → decide → execute → confirm. The device transports/holds paper; Mobile-ID recognizes and decides; Trusted Records reconciles. Early images, deadlines, ACKs and buffers are requirements pending vendor validation.
From material assessment to governed and preserved records: agree outputs, responsibilities and criteria before each delivery.
Image → recognize → decide → execute → confirm. The device transports/holds paper; Mobile-ID recognizes and decides; Trusted Records reconciles. Early images, deadlines, ACKs and buffers are requirements pending vendor validation.
QC → acceptance → registration → access → discovery → preservation → delivery/disposition. Born-digital records use package validation and bypass Flow R. Uncertain AI results require configured holding/buffering/stopping rather than assuming a reviewer can respond during an unverified transport window.
Sheet ↔ image ↔ dossier ↔ decision ↔ location ↔ reconciliation. Capture order is not authoritative order; reconstruction requires mappings and evidence.
Within project scope: source images, confirmed metadata, registered records, QC reports, manifests and delivery evidence; governance/preservation have separate policies and criteria. A scan is a representation, not automatically an accepted record.
Paper requires material, order and custody checks; digital records require manifest, format and provenance checks. Both journeys converge at registration, access, discovery and preservation.
AI/OCR proposes data; assigned reviewers resolve uncertainty. QC checks output criteria; owners accept within their authority. Signatures or timestamps apply only under agreed use cases and services.
Connect paper and born-digital records through persistent identifiers, policies and evidence.
