NAPAS QR and Trusted Billing
Integration design separates payment confirmation, reconciliation and invoice issuance.
Payment channel to confirm
NAPAS QR is the requested integration direction; confirm the exact VietQR/acceptance product, bank or intermediary, merchant, callbacks and deployment authorization. This package does not establish a live Trusted Records–NAPAS connection. Demo content contains no payable QR or receiving account.
Independent states
Payment: CREATED → PENDING → CONFIRMED/EXPIRED/FAILED, then RECONCILED or DISPUTED. Invoice: REQUESTED → VALIDATING → PROCESSING → ISSUED/FAILED, with provider-defined corrections. These are proposed states; actual mapping follows the contract. Confirmation checks authenticity/provider reference, amount, recipient and reconciliation; transfer screenshots are insufficient.
Trusted Billing and minimum data
Trusted Billing describes invoice orchestration, normalization, issuer submission, status/error tracking and retrieval. Trusted Records supplies approved usage and authorized recipient details rather than record content. Confirm schemas, connectors, idempotency, retries and processing expectations before deployment.
