Devices and Edge

TURAPING Flow R is the selected device. Sheet-level compatibility and deployment configuration require separate validation.

Capture and organize paper dossiers

The manufacturer describes Flow R as a scanning, holding, return, filing and packaging system. Published capabilities do not establish acceptance of Mobile-ID sheet-level control requirements.

Confirm specifications, firmware, supported paper, timing and maintenance in the technical agreement; vendor pricing or benchmarks are not service prices or SLAs.

Feasibility matrix requiring acceptance

ControlEvidence status
Early image while paper remains controllableMobile-ID requirement; vendor image/timing traces required
SheetID, duplex sides and attemptsAPI/SDK mapping and missing/duplicate-image tests required
Decision/ACK/execution/locationFour distinct states; ACK is not location evidence
Buffering, interleaving and reorderingGround-truth sample tests; no acceptance results supplied
Full/jam/offline/lateConfigured safe-stop/hold; no blind physical-command replay

Materials and operating responsibilities

Assess loose A4 sheets, thickness, curl, staples/adhesives, printed sides and condition before piloting. Bound books, fragile material and other sizes are outside default scope; do not substitute another model for Flow R. Operators prepare paper, retain custody and establish location after faults; suppliers agree maintenance/replacement, firmware and recovery instructions.

Flow R scope

The manufacturer describes intake, scanning, holding, return, filing and packaging. Trusted Records requires sheet–image–decision–location linkage. Received sources contain no accepted API/SDK, firmware, timing, buffer or execution-ACK evidence.

Paper processing flow

Paper → scanner → image + SheetID → Document Intelligence → classification decision → Edge → sorter/tray → ACK → reconciliation. ACKs need commandId, SheetID, tray and outcome; network receipt is insufficient.

Before automation

Assess material, capture method, profiles, tray mechanisms and adapter capabilities. Pilots test jams, multi-feed, missing sides, full trays, unacknowledged routes, offline operation and shift handover.

Selection conditions

No commercial model, tray count, speed, resolution or compatibility is verified. Supply dossiers need datasheets, firmware/adapter/version, tests and responsibility boundaries. Stock imagery must not imply supported equipment.

Station failure matrix

ScenarioOperating decision
Jam / multi-feedStop, inspect affected range and retain rescan mappings.
Missing sideCompare profile, side counts and images before retry.
Full tray / missing ACKKeep incomplete; verify paper position and avoid blind resends.
Sorter disconnect / offline EdgeConfigured safe-stop/buffering; reconcile after reconnect.
AI timeoutRoute to review or reasoned manual handling.
Shift handoverHand over open jobs, buffers and paper custodians.

Start with a verifiable scope.
